Weak Black Liquor Filtration and Distribution System
Client: Catalyst Paper
Scope: Construction consultation of existing tank rebuild. Design and fabricate modular floor system. Onsite construction of tank sections, stainless steel piping, and access ladders.
Overview: Steelhead Mechanical was tasked with the construction planning and tank section design to repair critical infrastructure for the remote community of Oclucje. Pre-fabrication of sectional tank, fabrication and installation of new tank sections, access ladders, and stainless steel water piping.
Nuchatlaht First Nation Oclucje Community Potable Water Tank
Client: Nuchatlaht First Nation

International Paper TMO
Client: International Paper
Scope: Management and trade support for annual safety valve removal, inspection, and installation.
Overview: Steelhead Mechanical has been contracted for a repeat maintenance scope to manage and supply trade support for the annual maintenance, inspection, and installation of facility safety devices. Working in conjunction with client management, Spartan Controls, mechanical contractors, and ABSA consultants, to provide the annual mechanical work required to keep the facility in compliance and operating safely.
Domtar Pulp Facility Underground Sewer Construction
Scope: Management, fabrication, and trade support.
